Python, SQL and Data Validation
Ability to be a self-starter trouble shoot and great communication skills to upper management stake holders. 
Strong preference for ex cap one but will consider somebody stellar from a financial background but needs credit card / bank acquisition data, Customer Management and Application data experience. 
Most important - recent understanding of credit risk data and analysis.
