Experience with IBM Guardium Cryptography Manager and IBM Quantum Safe Explorer, supporting cryptographic discovery, crypto-agility, and post-quantum readiness across MTA’s enterprise and critical infrastructure environments.


IBM Quantum-Safe / Cryptography Skills

Hands-on experience with IBM Guardium Cryptography Manager
Experience using IBM Quantum Safe Explorer to discover, inventory, and assess cryptographic assets
Ability to identify cryptographic dependencies across applications, infrastructure, certificates, keys, protocols, and data flows
Knowledge of crypto-agility, cryptographic lifecycle management, and post-quantum migration planning
Experience assessing enterprise systems for exposure to quantum-vulnerable algorithms such as RSA, ECC, DH, and ECDH
Ability to support remediation planning for migration to quantum-safe cryptographic standards
Familiarity with IBM Quantum Safe tooling, cryptographic bill of materials, and risk-prioritization outputs
Understanding of NIST post-quantum cryptography standards and enterprise PQC readiness programs.
