Location: Spring Field, MA(Hybrid)
Role Overview

In this role, candidate will partner with Cybersecurity leaders and business stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven cyber use cases, aligned with enterprise risk frameworks like NIST CSF. Candidate will help build scalable data architectures and analytics solutions that translate raw security data into actionable risk insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver data-driven cybersecurity use cases aligned to enterprise risk priorities
• Design and build scalable data pipelines, models, and architectures for cyber analytics
• Work with large-scale security and IT datasets to ensure data quality, lineage, and trust
• Develop executive dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions for leadership
• Enable analytics across vulnerability management, threat exposure, and control effectiveness
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams for sustainable data solutions
• Apply advanced analytics and automation to derive actionable insights from cyber telemetry
• Leverage AI-assisted tools (GenAI, code assistants) to accelerate analytics workflows
• Translate complex technical insights into business-aligned risk narratives 

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Data Engineering / Analytics / Data Architecture
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, Alteryx, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (threats, vulnerabilities, controls, risk)
• Experience working with enterprise data ecosystems (data lakes/warehouses) 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven analytics or development tools
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM
• Strong experience in Tableau / Power BI for executive reporting
• Leadership or architect-level experience in data/cyber domains
