• Solution design
• EPM subject matter expertise to drive PBAC policy development, integration with the technical stack, and rollout strategy.
• Subject matter expert for business impacts of PAM EPM solution rollouts, including:
  • Roadblocks/Hurdles  
  • Common challenges
  • Resolution strategies
• Driving successful deployment

3. High-Level Milestones / Deliverables

1. Future-State EPM Architecture

Enable EPM architecture to reach a future-state design by eliminating ambiguity and reducing rework risk to facilitate architecture convergence using industry patterns and translate evolving design into workflows for all privileged access personas.

2. CyberArk EPM Implementation

Establish CyberArk EPM as the enforced control point for local administrator activity, ensuring all local administrator actions are performed through approved EPM policies rather than persistent local administrator rights.

a. Policy Workflow

• End-to-end policy workflow operational with application policies to shorten the time required to achieve a stable pilot baseline. 

b. Application Policy Design

• Design and implement workflows for application policies that govern the day-to-day privileged access of users. 

c. Policy Automation

• Design processes to automate the creation and management of policies at enterprise scale. 

d. Pilot Deployment

• Pilot policies deployed and tested for initial users with observable outcomes. 

3. Operational Model

• Build a clear operational model to scale CyberArk EPM across the enterprise with a delivery model to support transition.
