Location: Dallas, TX or McLean, VA – 5 Days Onsite

Role Summary

Seeking a Lead Cyberark Engineering Tech Lead to drive modernization of enterprise security platforms, primarily CyberArk (10+ year environment), supporting large-scale cloud and AI-driven initiatives. This role will lead a team of ~15 engineers managing 70+ technologies, focusing on onboarding, configuration, deployment, automation, and production stability in an enterprise AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Security Engineering team (15 engineers)
• Own CyberArk / PAM platform modernization and enhancements
• Define long-term security technology roadmap (Cloud + AI aligned)
• Oversee onboarding, configuration, deployment, and production support of security tools
• Drive Python-based automation and orchestration for operations and security tasks
• Influence stakeholders and guide architecture, planning, and future-state strategy
• Ensure smooth operations and resolve enterprise production issues

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Security Engineering
• Tech Lead / Lead Engineer experience (enterprise environment)
• Strong PAM/IAM implementation experience (CyberArk preferred)
• AWS Cloud environment experience
• Python automation and orchestration knowledge
• Strong understanding of architecture, code, and enterprise platforms
• Stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred

• CyberArk (highly preferred) or other PAM/IAM tools
• AI tools exposure (code generation/automation)
• Security modernization and legacy platform transformation
