🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cyber Security professional with expertise in GRC, Data Security, DLP, and DSPM (Data Security Posture Management). The ideal candidate will help strengthen our data protection strategy, ensure compliance with security frameworks, and manage data risks across the organization.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solutions
Define and enforce data governance and data protection policies
Monitor and enhance Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls
Classify sensitive data and manage data lifecycle processes
Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks
Ensure compliance with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture
✅ Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, and Information Risk Management
Hands-on knowledge of DLP, data classification, and data lifecycle management
Working knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, or similar security frameworks
⭐ Preferred Skills
Exposure to DSPM tools and modern data security platforms
Proactive mindset with ability to adapt in dynamic environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
