📍 Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad (Pan India)
💼 Experience: 8+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize NICE CXone applications
Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools)
Support migration from Cisco platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
Translate Cisco call flows and routing logic into CXone equivalents
Work with REST APIs, web services, and third-party connectors
Develop automation scripts for provisioning & configuration
Collaborate with infra, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support
Prepare technical documentation and migration guides
🔹 Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in contact center technologies
Hands-on with NICE CXone (Studio, APIs, scripting)
Experience in IVR & Bot Development using Mpower Studio
Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE/UCCX call flows
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or .NET
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML
