Crd Developer

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize Charles River IMS (CRIMS) modules, including Order Management, Compliance, and Portfolio Management.
Integrate CRD with downstream and upstream systems (e.g., trading platforms, accounting, and market data).
Implement workflows, compliance rules, and trade order management configurations.
Work with SQL, XML, and APIs for data mapping, transformations, and reporting within CRD.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into CRD solutions.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for CRD-related issues.
Optimize system performance, perform upgrades, and support new releases of CRIMS.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal security standards.

Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Charles River IMS (version 18.x or higher preferred).
Knowledge of the front-to-back trade lifecycle in asset management and capital markets.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle/MS SQL) and understanding of data models in CRD.
Experience in CRD SDK or API integrations (FIX, REST APIs).
Familiarity with compliance rule building and order management workflows.
Understanding of asset classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Prior experience working in a financial services or asset management firm is a must.
