Plan and track budgets, SOWs, invoices, and change orders resource utilization tracking
Act as Single point of contact for the customer for the overall engagement
Run weeklyMonthly Governance RAG status, KPI performance, risksissuesdecisions (RAID), benefits tracking.
Create and maintain Program Charter, Operating Model, RACI, and Governance Calendar
