8+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a DevOps or release engineering role.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado for Salesforce release management.
Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks in a Salesforce environment.
Strong background in DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations and managing complex integrations.
Experience working in an agile development environment with sprints, backlogs, and continuous improvements.
