Advanced Program Management: Proven expertise (10+ years) in leading complex, enterprise-level IT infrastructure programs with significant business and regulatory impact. Applies advanced methodologies to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.

CMMC & Government Compliance: Deep understanding of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements, DoD compliance frameworks, and audit preparation in government contracting environments.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans and roadmaps, aligning program objectives with organizational and regulatory goals.
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Experience in managing relationships with executive leadership, government clients, and cross-functional teams. Skilled at facilitating collaboration, managing expectations, and delivering high-level briefings.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable
