Cloud Solutions Architect Ii

• Architect solutions using microservices, containers, and serverless technologies
• Ensure scalability, high availability, performance, and cost optimization
• Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
• Design secure cloud environments following Zero Trust principles
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and technologies
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform:
  • AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of:
  • Networking, IAM, security, and encryption
  • Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, EventBridge, Pub/Sub)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Knowledge of cost optimization and FinOps principles
