Required Skills & Experience
Deep, hands-on experience in claims management and fraud operations, including intake, investigation, and resolution
Strong understanding of industry best practices and operational challenges in claims processing
Proven ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and technology solutions
Experience working with automation, AI, or agentic systems in a business or consulting capacity is highly desirable
Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of working across business and technology teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advocate for operational realities while driving innovation
