Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator to manage, support, and optimize Citrix environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in virtualization, application delivery, and end-user computing, ensuring high availability and performance of Citrix infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment
• Manage Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway (NetScaler)
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching of Citrix components
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Citrix infrastructure
• Provide support for user access, application publishing, and profile management
• Work with infrastructure teams on VMware/Hyper-V, storage, and networking integration
• Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and compliance standards
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Document system architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Citrix Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (7.x)
  • Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
  • Citrix Workspace / StoreFront
• Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPOs)
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V environments
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SSL)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred)
