Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Primary Skills

• Primary expertise in Citrix technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x. in both PVS and MCS
• Expertise in Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and License Server.F5 Load balancer and FSLogix. Citrix DB (SQL Server).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration and patching.
• Good Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO, and LDAP
• Familiarity with VMware/Nutanix infrastructure and Citrix failover procedures.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools (Director, Tanium).
• Basic understanding of networking and storage in Citrix context.  

Good Knowledge in scripting, PowerShell

Secondary Skills       

• Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good to have ITILv4 knowledge
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a 24x7 environment
