We are looking for an experienced Cerner Millennium CCL & Data Transformation Lead to support large-scale EHR migration and modernization initiatives with Texas HHSC.

🔹 Skill Set: Cerner Millennium, CCL, Oracle, SQL, ETL, Healthcare Data Migration, REST/SOA, Linux, Cloud Platforms
🔹 Experience: 11+ Years
🔹 Location: Open to exception outside Austin due to niche skill demand

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Design, develop, and optimize Cerner CCL scripts
✔️ Support enterprise-wide EHR migration and legacy retirement projects
✔️ Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation
✔️ Work closely with clinical and technical stakeholders
✔️ Build and maintain ETL processes, reporting, and analytics solutions
✔️ Troubleshoot integration and performance issues in Cerner environments

Required Skills:
✅ Cerner Millennium Architecture
✅ Advanced Cerner Command Language (CCL)
✅ Oracle Database / SQL / Linux
✅ ETL & Data Migration
✅ REST / SOA Development
✅ Healthcare Reporting & Integrations
✅ Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI)
✅ Java / Python / C / C++ / Perl knowledge preferred
