Business_Analyst

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques
• Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Experience in domains like finance, healthcare, or e-commerce
• Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) is a plus
