Business Systems Analyst

Job –               Business Systems Analyst (Big Query/API/Web/Health Insurance Domain)
Location –:    Hybrid (1901 Market St. Philadelphia, PA 19103) Role: Required to come onsite 3 days a week. (Tues. Wed. Thurs.)
Duration- :   6+ Months contract to hire 

Interview Type: 1st Round – Virtual Video Conference, 2nd Round – possibly Onsite

Mandatory 
Domain Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare sector. 
Advanced proficiency in BigQuery (mandatory) and SQL for data extraction, analytics, and reporting. 
Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and front-end frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular) 
Experience defining and documenting reporting and dashboarding requirements. 
Ability to create interactive front-end presentations for business communication and stakeholder review. 
Excellent analytical and business problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making. 
Skilled in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories. 
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. 
Agility & Independence: Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
