Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service intake discovery and request decomposition for new MDM-related initiatives, including clarification of business problems, impacted systems, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and operational requirements for enhancements, fixes, integrations, and support activities of varying complexity.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and implementation support artifacts.
- Support backlog readiness and estimation, helping define scope, assumptions, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with program managers and technical teams.
- Contribute to production support and operational triage, including investigation of job execution, interface processing, and expected data movement prior to escalation.
- Perform data inquiry and validation using SQL or comparable tools to support issue triage, request clarification, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with developers and downstream teams to ensure trusted MDM outputs are appropriately published for reporting and analytics without positioning MDM as a reporting solution.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation validation, defect triage, and confirmation that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, techno-functional analysis, data analysis, or similar roles supporting enterprise data, integration, or MDM environments.

- Experience working with highly sensitive healthcare or human services data, with working knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
- Experience supporting issue triage, defect management, UAT, and production support in live environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reframe business requests for technical teams, vendors, business users, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-demand, regulated environment.
