Business System Analyst

Position: Business System Analyst
Location: Albany, NY-Hybrid
Duration: 24+ Month

Experiences Required: 

·        Experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems or applications.
·        Experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
·        Experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
·        Experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrolment (not Health Care).
·        Experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12 format for EDI transactions.
·        Experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
