Business System Analyst

Must Needed : Retail Technology / POS

Provide insights using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
🔹 Required Experience
✔ 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments
✔ Experience delivering POS implementations end-to-end (Oracle Xstore preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of payment gateways/processors
✔ Hands-on experience with API integrations and SaaS systems
✔ Knowledge of retail technology (POS, inventory, e-commerce)
✔ Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
✔ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, AWS architecture, monitoring, and automation
