Business System Analyst

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making
• Develop use cases, process flows, and system documentation
• Assist in testing, user acceptance, and deployment of new systems
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in SQL and basic data analysis
• Familiarity with project management and SDLC methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
