Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Strong experience in:
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis
  • Functional & Technical Documentation
  • Gap Analysis
  • User Stories & Use Cases
  • BRD / FRD preparation
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Work closely with development and QA teams
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Support UAT and validate delivered solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives
