Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business / Process Analyst to support a 12-month hybrid engagement in Austin, TX. This role focuses on business process analysis, reengineering, and continuous improvement across internal teams, stakeholders, and public-facing services.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign for internal staff, clients, and public users
Identify and implement business improvements, tools, and systems to drive efficiency
Act as a process improvement advisor across projects and initiatives
Analyze current processes, systems, and user needs to identify:
Inefficiencies
Risks
Gaps
Improvement opportunities
Lead business process reengineering (BPR) efforts
Design and document future-state (“to-be”) processes
Facilitate:
Stakeholder interviews
Workshops
Working sessions
Develop:
Business requirements documentation
Process documentation
Functional specifications
Prepare solution options including:
Risk assessments
Cost-benefit analysis
ROI evaluations
Support organizational change management initiatives
Collaborate with IT teams to recommend technology-enabled process improvements
Drive improvements in end-to-end workflows and user experience
