Job Description
• Develop and maintain project documentation (BRD, FRD, SOPs, user guides)
• Prepare and manage compliance and approval documents
• Document system workflows, architecture, and processes
• Create training materials, manuals, and knowledge base content
• Support data documentation, reporting, and quality processes
• Collaborate with PMO, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Maintain documentation standards, version control, and repositories
🔹 Required Skills:
• Experience in Business Analysis and Technical Writing
• Strong documentation, writing, and communication skills
• Experience with SDLC / Agile environments
• Knowledge of cloud / SaaS solutions and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
🔹 Preferred:
• Government or public sector project experience
• Experience in Human Services / Case Management systems
• Exposure to compliance and regulatory documentation
