Business Analyst

✅ Must Have Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst in the Treasury domain (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments: CCS, IRO, IRS, Repo, FX, FRA, Money Market
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and cash flow processes
• Experience with market data feeds (rates, curves, FX, reference data)
• Hands-on Agile BA experience (user stories, story mapping, acceptance criteria)
• Strong experience in testing, UAT, and defect tracking
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

➕ Good to Have:
• Basic SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent)
