Role: Lead Business analyst

Key Role Requirements
Looking for a strong, hands‑on Lead BA with exceptional analysis skills who can quickly turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.
Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile practices, with proven ownership of backlog management, prioritization, and refinement in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
Brings solid technical and data fluency—able to work comfortably with engineers, data teams, and complex systems—while maintaining focus on business value and risk.
A proactive go‑getter who takes initiative, drives clarity, anticipates dependencies, and pushes work forward without waiting for direction.
