Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Work with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure project alignment.

Create BRD, FRD, and other project documentation.

Analyze data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Support testing, UAT, and project implementation activities.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with tools like JIRA, Excel, and documentation tools.

Good communication and analytical skills.
