Business Analyst
Responsible for managing in supporting customer onboarding, system enhancements, EDI integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires close coordination with business teams, customers, US IT and developers to deliver seamless logistics and supply‑chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer onboarding and MLSC portal enhancement activities.
Conduct regular meetings with business teams, customers and IT stakeholders.
Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements (BRD) and obtain approvals.
Analyze data and identify process or system improvement opportunities.
Work on EDI mapping, coordination with 3rd Party EDI team and integration requirements.
Communicate requirements and clarifications between business and development teams.
Perform unit testing, integration testing and support implementation.
Ensure smooth deployment and coordinate post‑go‑live support.
Travel to customer locations to conduct demos, gather requirements and support onboarding or implementation workshops.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in logistics/supply‑chain processes and EDI workflows.
Strong BRD writing, requirement gathering, and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and system integration.
3–7 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
