Business Analyst

Job Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional/technical requirements, creating workflows, and supporting Agile teams in delivering new features and systems enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document requirements for features and enhancements.
Create workflows, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Translate API functionality into user stories.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI Planning.
Requirements:
3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
Agile experience required.
Strong workflow and user story creation skills.
Ability to translate API details into requirements.
ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM/CRM) experience is a plus
