Business Analyst – Oracle PPM & Accounting Hub
Experience: 6–10 years overall IT experience
Location: Onsite (US, Huston) 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can work closely with customers to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD). The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) and be capable of effectively bridging business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
Convert customer requirements into BRD, Functional Specifications, and Technical Design Documents
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements
Support solution design discussions, clarifications, and scope management
Act as a liaison between business users, functional consultants, and development teams
Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating solutions, and managing defects
Maintain requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle ERP environments
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Functional expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub / Subledger Accounting
Strong experience in preparing BRD, Functional, and Technical Specification documents
Good understanding of finance, accounting, and project costing processes
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud
End-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade experience
Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models
