Business Analyst

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Create BRDs, FRDs, and use case documentation

🔹 Process Improvement

• Analyze current-state (AS-IS) and design future-state (TO-BE) processes
• Identify process gaps and recommend optimization strategies
• Develop workflow diagrams and process maps

🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making
• Validate data accuracy and integrity

🔹 Project Support

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business requirements
• Track project risks, issues, and change requests

🛠 Required Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
