🔹 Key Responsibilities & Experience:
7–10+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Management Consulting, with at least 4+ years focused on Banking Customer Analytics or Master Data Strategy
Write detailed functional requirements for a global Customer 360 (C360) platform, capturing complex institutional client hierarchies (parent / child / subsidiary structures)
Strong understanding of Investment Banking products, including OTC Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Syndicate, and related offerings
Design and oversee implementation of advanced analytics use cases, including:
Propensity to Churn
Next Best Action (NBA)
Customer Tiering models
Proven experience with Customer Master Data Management (MDM), including match-and-merge logic and unified customer profile creation
