Business Analyst

• Support system integration efforts between Hogan and other banking platforms
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system functionality
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Assist in production support and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services
• Strong experience with Hogan IDS modules
• Solid understanding of deposit systems, customer accounts, and banking operations
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Hogan modules (CIS, IMS)
• Familiarity with mainframe concepts (COBOL, JCL – basic understanding)
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, reporting tools)
• Knowledge of US banking regulations and compliance standards
• Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
