Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst (Automotive or Retail domain)
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Description: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Recent hands-on experience in the Retail domain (eCommerce, POS, inventory, supply chain, merchandising) OR recent hands-on experience in the Automotive domain (dealer management, vehicle lifecycle, supply chain, aftersales, warranty systems).

Strong knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
