Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Create process models, workflows, and documentation
• Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (preferred)
• Experience with requirement gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to document processes clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
