Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Support system testing, UAT, and defect resolution
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, and process flows
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
