Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The candidate will help translate business needs into functional specifications and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with stakeholders to identify business needs.

Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Track project progress and help ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Assist in testing and validating solutions before deployment.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Business Analysis.

Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Experience using tools such as Jira.

Strong data analysis and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
