Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and hashtag#userstories.
Participate in product development as a hashtag#ProductOwner, ensuring that the product vision is aligned with business objectives.
Support the development and testing teams by providing clear and actionable requirements, acceptance criteria, and feedback during the software development lifecycle.
Assist in hashtag#projectplanning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Ensure compliance with hashtag#healthcareindustry standards and regulations in all product development activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-9 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on the healthcare domain.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
Strong understanding of hashtag#healthcareprocesses, regulations, and industry standards.
Familiarity with hashtag#Agilemethodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
