Business Analyst

Lead project planning, analysis, and execution for application development and enhancements
• Elicit, document, and manage business & technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors
• Support system testing (UAT, regression) and ensure quality deliverables
• Coordinate system deployments, releases, and stakeholder communications
• Provide end-user training and support
• Ensure alignment with VITA standards and SDLC methodologies

• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and validation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
