Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
• Perform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making
• Create reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Work with IT and development teams to implement solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet requirements
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or relevant role)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with requirement gathering techniques and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SAP
• Basic understanding of data modeling or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
