Business Analyst

• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements
• Support testing efforts including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Assist in project planning, prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
• Communicate updates and findings to stakeholders clearly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Experience working in Agile teams or product-based environments
