Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support system implementations in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
• Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and workflow documentation.
• Act as liaison between business users and development teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospectives).
• Coordinate and lead SIT/UAT testing efforts.
• Track defects and requirements in JIRA.
• Perform data analysis using SQL when required.
• Ensure traceability using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
