The Sr. SAP IT BA will support three active initiatives within Sales & Operations Technology: SSC Email modernization, FNA Delivery Consolidation, and eClerx PDF automation for SAP.

This role requires a strong, hands-on BA who can independently drive requirements, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complex business processes into clear, actionable deliverables for IT and vendors.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, documentation, and validation across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Document as-is/ to-be processes, business rules, data requirements, and integration touchpoints
• Translate business needs into BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with IT, business SMEs, vendors, and QA to support design, build, testing, and UAT
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts early; drive alignment and decisions to closure
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-Off
• Produce executive-ready and delivery-ready artifacts with minimal oversight

Project Focus Areas

• SSC Email: Requirements supporting SSC user individual email enablement and related process changes
• FNA Delivery Consolidation: Proof of Delivery (POD) and order status/billing visibility requirements across business units
• eClerx for SAP PDF: PDF/email ingestion, data extraction, validation workflows, attribute mapping, and SAP adjacent integration support

Required Experience

• 7+ years as an IT Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology solutions
• Proven experience working across multiple systems and integrations (ERP adjacent preferred)
• Strong background in process analysis, data/field mapping, and workflow automation
• Comfortable working with vendors and holding them accountable to requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Preferred Experience

• Supply chain, logistics, or order-to-cash domain exposure
• Experience supporting audit-sensitive or operationally critical workflows
