Business Analyst

Possesses strong technical and functional knowledge in business analysis, with proven experience in

- Applies existing procedures and guidelines to deliver high-quality analysis and provides insights to support decision-making.
- Recommends new solutions and process improvements by analyzing diverse sources of information.
- Operates with moderate guidance and direction from the manager, demonstrating autonomy and ownership in assigned tasks.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Build, maintain, and share functional knowledge of business processes, services, and end-user product usage.
- Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
- Estimate effort for specification and validation work.
Technical & Functional Design
- Author key documentation including Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Product Specifications.
- Conduct functional walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and ensure compatibility with other systems.
