Role: Business Analyst
Locatiion: Richmond, VA(local candidate with dl )

Experience: 8 to 10

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 8to 10 years of Business Analysis experience in financial systems
✔️ Strong knowledge of financial processes (GL, reporting, budgeting)
✔️ Experience with SQL, Excel, Visio, and Agile methodologies
✔️ Ability to convert complex financial rules into technical requirements
✔️ Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Financials preferred) is a plus

💡 Nice to Have:
✔️ Knowledge of APIs, ETL tools, and system integrations
✔️ Understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance
✔️ Experience in public sector/government environments
✔️ Certifications like CBAP, CPA, CFA, or PMI-PBA
