Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Treasury Services or Cash Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology groups to analyze requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that support treasury and cash management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for treasury/cash management systems.
• Work with stakeholders to understand cash flow processes, payments, liquidity management, and reconciliation workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices in treasury operations.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting related to cash management activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong domain expertise in:
  • Treasury Services
  • Cash Management
• Experience with:
  • Payments (ACH, Wire Transfers, SWIFT)
  • Liquidity and cash positioning
  • Bank account management
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
