Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience
·        Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
·        At least 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
·        Hands-on experience with Scrum, Jira boards, Sprint ceremonies, and Agile delivery frameworks.
·        Ability to assign, prioritize, and track tasks for the development team.
·        Proficiency in SQL for data validation and understanding data models.
·        Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
·        Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
·        Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and technical groups.
