Business Analyst

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
 • Partner with lab scientists & research teams to understand workflows
 • Gather & translate requirements into BRDs, use cases & process flows
 • Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams
 • Validate solutions aligned with research objectives
 • Support change management & user adoption

🔹 Required Skills:
 • 8+ years as Business Analyst in data/tech-driven projects
 • Experience with lab informatics / scientific R&D environments
 • Background in biopharma or life sciences
 • Strong documentation & stakeholder communication skills
 • Knowledge of Gene Data Capture
