Business Analyst

• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation
• Maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and process flows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
